Approved Product definition

Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

Approved Product means a product declared under section 20 to be an approved product;

Approved Product means a PRODUCT, the sale, marketing, and use of which in humans (or other animals) has been approved by the FDA, or, as to a PRODUCT sold, marketed, or used in a country other than the United States, that has been approved to the extent necessary by the comparable required government authority in such country.

More Definitions of Approved Product

Approved Product means a product or service so declared by Order of the President under section 4(1) or section 10(1)(b);

Approved Product means a product declared by Order of the Governor under section 5 for manufacture by an approved enterprise;

Approved Product means any and all pharmaceutical products that have received regulatory approval and vitamin products that are offered for commercial sale by the Azur Group Entities in any jurisdiction in the world as of the date of this Agreement, including in particular, Prialt®, Elestrin®, FazaClo®, Niravam®, Parcopa®, Urelle®, Gesticare®, Natelle®, AVC™ Cream and Gastrocrom®.

Approved Product means transactions types or products that are authorized pursuant to these Regulations, as specifically identified in Appendix 6.

Approved Product shall have the meaning set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.

Approved Product means the Financial Products approved by the Licensee in writing in respect of which the Representative is permitted to provide Authorised Services under this agreement. Approved Products List means the list of Approved Products from which the Representative may provide Financial Product Advice recommendation in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Approved Product means a product that has been approved by the Jury.
