Current Company Products definition

Current Company Products means those Company Products that are as of the date hereof offered for sale, lease or license by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Current Company Products means the products and services that are currently marketed, offered, sold, offered for sale, licensed, provided or distributed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary and the natural evolution of such products and services. For the avoidance of doubt, Company Products does not include any products currently marketed, offered, sold, offered for sale, licensed, provided or distributed by the Seller and its Affiliates (other than the Company and the Company Subsidiaries), including the Telepo solution, and the natural evolution of such products and services.
Current Company Products means those Company Products that are as of the date hereof offered for sale, lease or license by the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Except as set forth in Section 2.15(l) of the Disclosure Schedule, or pursuant to a Standard Form Agreement, and warranties implied by law, since January 1, 2000 and to the Actual Knowledge of the Company, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has given any material warranties or indemnities relating to Current Company Products, Proposed Company Products or services offered or provided by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Current Company Products

Current Company Products means all Company Products that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries currently makes commercially available, markets, distributes, sells or licenses out.
Current Company Products means shall mean all Company Products that (A) are currently under development, produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary or (B) have been licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and that are still subject to a current agreement with a Third Party governing the use, support, or maintenance thereof.
Current Company Products means all Semiconductor Products that the Company Group Entities are selling, offering to sell, distributing, or making as of the Closing Date, including any minor improvements to the same that do not involve changes to existing features or functionality or the addition of new features or functionality.

Related to Current Company Products

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.
