Licenses Out definition

Licenses Out means licenses, sublicenses or other agreements under which the Company has granted rights to others in Intellectual Property Assets.
Licenses Out has the meaning specified in Section 3.20(a).
Licenses Out shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.10.3.

Licenses Out means the license agreements set forth in Section 1.01(d) of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Licenses Out means all licenses, sublicenses and other agreements pursuant to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries authorizes any third party to use any Company Intellectual Property and (vi) “Company Intellectual Property” means Intellectual Property that is owned or exclusively licensed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and used in the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ business, as currently conducted.
