Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in the Lot Information and Conditions;

• If You have any of Our Excluded Products, You may have elected to purchase Rate Change Protection (“RCP”) from Us for Your hardware products or Software Advantage for Your Software.

More Definitions of Excluded Products

Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in Part I of the Schedule;

Excluded Products means any (i) GE Digital Services, including the GE entities-hosted Predix platform and related applications and (ii) any Professional or Consultancy Services.

Excluded Products means, as applicable, the products or items set forth in Seller Central in the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the DE Amazon Site; the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the FR Amazon Site; the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the IT Amazon Site; the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the ES Amazon Site; the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the UK Amazon Site; and the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the NL Amazon Site and the Category, Product and Content Restrictions for the SE Amazon Site.

Excluded Products means unique, proprietary Products (as herein defined) such as the PowerGrower, that (x) are developed or promoted by a member of the MW Group for the primary benefit of the MW Group, and (y) are not marketed through the use of any of the Marks.

Excluded Products means any products developed under the Collaboration Agreement and under the Strategic Alliance Agreement.
