Supply Business definition

Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;

• Nothing in this Condition shall prevent the Licensee transferring its Supply Business to an assignee where the Commission has consented to such assignment provided that such transfer is effected as soon as practicable after such consent has been given.

• References in this Condition to costs or liabilities of, or reasonably attributable to, the Supply Business shall be construed as excluding taxation and capital liabilities which do not relate principally to the Supply Business and interest thereon; and references to any accounting statement shall be construed accordingly.
