Conversion/Continuation Request. A written notice given by the Borrower to the Agent of its election to convert or continue a Loan in accordance with Section 4.1, which notice shall specify (A) the Loan (or portion thereof) to be continued or converted, including the Agreed Currency applicable to such Loan, (B) the requested effective date of the continuation or conversion (which shall be a Business Day), (C) whether the resulting Loan is to be a Base Rate Loan (in the case of borrowings denominated in Dollars) or a Term Benchmark Loan or a RFR Loan, and (D) in the case of a continuation or conversion resulting in a Term Benchmark Loan, the Interest Period applicable thereto.
