Credit Extension definition

Credit Extension means each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.
Credit Extension means the making of a Loan.
Credit Extension means a Borrowing.

Examples of Credit Extension in a sentence

  • Each request by the Borrower for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be a representation by the Borrower that the L/C Credit Extension so requested complies with the conditions set forth in the proviso to the preceding sentence.

  • Use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act 2010, or other similar applicable anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.

Credit Extension means the making of an Advance or the issuance of a Facility LC hereunder.
