Credit Extension definition

Credit Extension means each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.
Credit Extension means the making of a Loan.
Credit Extension means a Borrowing.

  • Each Request for Credit Extension (other than a Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Loans to another Type or a continuation of Term SOFR Loans, Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans) submitted by any Borrower shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 4.02(a) and (b) have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.

  • Each request by the Company for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be a representation by the Company that the L/C Credit Extension so requested complies with the conditions set forth in the proviso to the preceding sentence.
