Conversion Request definition

Conversion Request means (a) the irrevocable request to be given by a Debentureholder to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to convert the Debentures into shares of Common Stock, and (b) the irrevocable request to be given by a holder of Preferred Securities to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to exchange such stock on behalf of such holder.

Conversion Request means a request, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, by the Borrower to convert the interest rate basis for all or portions of outstanding Loans, which shall specify (a) the requested Conversion Date, which shall be not fewer than three Business Days after the date of such Conversion Request, (b) the aggregate amount of such Loans, on and after the Conversion Date, which are to bear interest as ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans and (c) the term of the Interest Periods therefor, if any.

Conversion Request means a notice given by the Borrower to the Operations Agent of the Borrower’s election to convert or continue a Loan in accordance with Section 2.16.
