Conversion Request definition

Conversion Request means a request, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, by the Borrower to convert the interest rate basis for all or portions of outstanding Loans, which shall specify (a) the requested Conversion Date, which shall be not fewer than three Business Days after the date of such Conversion Request, (b) the aggregate amount of such Loans, on and after the Conversion Date, which are to bear interest as ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans and (c) the term of the Interest Periods therefor, if any.

Conversion Request means a request for Conversion submitted by a Shipper to the Transporter in accordance with this section 2.10;

Examples of Conversion Request in a sentence

Each Conversion Request relating to the conversion of a Revolving Credit Loan to a Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be irrevocable by the Borrower.
Each Conversion Request relating to the conversion of a Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan shall be irrevocable by the Borrower.
Each Conversion Request relating to the conversion of a Base Rate Loan to a Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be irrevocable by the Borrower.
Upon receipt, the Administrative Agent forthwith shall give notice to each Lender of the substance of each Conversion Request.
Each Conversion Request relating to the conversion of a Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan shall be irrevocable by the Borrower.

Conversion Request means (a) the irrevocable request to be given by a Holder of Debt Securities of a series that by its terms is convertible into Common Stock, as specified pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof, directing the Conversion Agent to convert such Debt Securities into shares of Common Stock, and (b) the irrevocable request to be given by a holder of the Preferred Securities of the applicable RGA Capital Trust to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to exchange such Common Stock for such Preferred Securities on behalf of such holder.

Conversion Request means (a) the irrevocable request to be given by a Debentureholder to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to convert the Debentures into shares of Common Stock, and (b) the irrevocable request to be given by a holder of Preferred Securities to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to exchange such stock on behalf of such holder.

Conversion Request means a written request, substantially in the form of Exhibit H to the Agreement, to convert all or any portion of the Variable Facility Commitment to the Fixed Facility Commitment pursuant to Section 1.08.

Conversion Request has the meaning specified in Section 4.08(b).
