Notice of Continuation/Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by the Borrower to continue an existing Eurodollar Loan to a new Interest Period or to convert a Eurodollar Loan to a Base Rate Loan or a Base Rate Loan to a Eurodollar Loan, in the form of Exhibit 2.3.

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a request by a Borrower for the continuation or conversion of a Loan in the form of Exhibit 2.2(c).

Examples of Notice of Continuation/Conversion in a sentence

The FastDTW algorithm is applied to their time series only if their difference is smaller than a maxdiff tolerated difference percentage (line 3 in Algorithm 1).

Notice of Continuation/Conversion means a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit C.
