Loan Request definition
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Loan Request shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.5.1 [Revolving Credit Loan Requests].

Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the Trust may verbally request a Loan hereunder, whether up to the initial Maturity Date or for a new Maturity Date, provided that the Trust shall, on the same day, send the Bank by e-mail or telecopy a follow-up Loan Request in respect thereof.
More Definitions of Loan Request
Loan Request shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.5 [Revolving Credit Loan Requests; Swing Loan Requests]. Loans shall mean collectively and Loan shall mean separately all Revolving Credit Loans and Swing Loans or any Revolving Credit Loan or Swing Loan.
