Loan Request definition
Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Loan Request shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.5.

Upon agreement by and between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Borrower regarding the terms of a Loan Request with respect to a Loan, Lender shall send Borrower a proposed Loan Term Sheet for such Loan.

More Definitions of Loan Request
Loan Request shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.5 [Revolving Credit Loan Requests; Swing Loan Requests]. Loans shall mean collectively and Loan shall mean separately all Revolving Credit Loans and Swing Loans or any Revolving Credit Loan or Swing Loan.
