Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

• In the case of a Revolving Credit Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Loan Request as provided in Section 2.8. In the case of a Swing Line Loan, the applicable Swing Line Bank and the Administrative Agent shall have received a Swing Line Loan Request as provided in Section 2.4(b).

• Each Loan Request shall be in a minimum aggregate amount of $10,000,000 or in an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
