As to any Loans to which a Term Rate Loan Option applies (including on and after the Term RFR Transition Date with respect to any Currency, as to any RFR Loan denominated in such Currency), interest shall be due and payable on the last day of each Interest Period for those Loans and, if such Interest Period is longer than three (3) Months, also on the 90th day of such Interest Period.

More Definitions of RFR Loan

RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Daily Simple RFR or, after the replacement of the then-current Benchmark for any Currency for all purposes hereunder or under any Loan Document with Term RFR pursuant to Section 4.4(d), Term RFR for such Currency, as the context may require.

RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR. “S&P” means Standard & Poor’s Rating Services, a Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC business.
