Examples of Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant in a sentence
In the event a Participant's Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant terminates, the Company may repurchase or otherwise reacquire any or all of the shares of stock held by that person which have not vested as of the date of termination under the terms of the stock bonus or restricted stock purchase agreement between the Company and such person.
In the event a Participant's Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant terminates, the Company may repurchase or otherwise reacquire, subject to the limitations described in subsection 7(d), any or all of the shares of stock held by that person which have not vested as of the date of termination under the terms of the stock bonus or restricted stock purchase agreement between the Company and such person.
However, this option may be exercised following termination of Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant only as to that number of shares as to which it was exercisable on the date of termination of Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant under the provisions of paragraph 2 of this option.
This option will then expire on the earlier of the Expiration Date set forth above or twelve (12) months following such termination of Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant.
In any and all circumstances, a Non-Employee Director's option may be exercised following termination of his or her Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant only as to that number of shares as to which it was exercisable on the date of termination of such status under the provisions of subsection 7(g).
