Consulting Relationship definition

Consulting Relationship means the relationship that exists between an individual and the Corporation (or any Parent or Subsidiary) if (i) such individual or (ii) any entity of which such individual is an executive officer or owns a substantial equity interest has entered into a written consulting contract with the Corporation or any Parent or Subsidiary.

  • If, after a Termination of Employment or Consulting Relationship, the Optionee does not exercise his or her Option within the period specified in the Option Agreement, the Option shall terminate, and the Option Shares covered by such Option shall revert to the Plan.
