Disability" or "Disabled" shall mean the condition of being "disabled" within the meaning of Section 422(c)(6) of the Code or any successor provision.
In the event Executive shall, by reason of illness or other incapacity, become unable to perform the services agreed upon herein ("Disability" or "Disabled"), the Company shall continue to compensate Executive for six (6) months commencing from the date of such Disability at her base monthly salary less any amounts actually received by Executive from the disability insurance policies carried by the Company for the benefit of Executive pursuant to Section 3.
