The Repurchase Option shall lapse and terminate one hundred fifty (150) days after Holder has a Termination of Employment, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Consultancy, as applicable.
In the event of Holder’s Termination of Consultancy or Termination of Employment prior to the vesting of all of the Restricted Stock Units, any unvested Restricted Stock Units will terminate automatically and be forfeited without further notice and at no cost to the Company.
