Compliance Oversight Committee definition

Compliance Oversight Committee means Respondent’s Compliance Oversight Committee as it may be constituted, namely by the individuals holding the following titles: (1) Chief Executive Officer, (2) Chief Financial Officer, (3) Executive Vice President and Treasurer. The Compliance Committee shall consist of not less than three (3) members, and shall report directly to the Board. Within twenty (20) days of the Effective Date, the Board shall provide in writing to the Fair Lending Director (as defined in paragraph 3(g) below) and the DOJ the name of each member of the Compliance Committee. In the event of any change of membership, the Board shall submit the name of any new member in writing to the Fair Lending Director (as defined in paragraph 3(g) below) and the DOJ.
Compliance Oversight Committee means the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Compliance Oversight Committee of the Board.
Compliance Oversight Committee means the committee of Respondent’s Board whose purpose is to act on behalf of the Board in overseeing Respondent’s regulatory compliance management system, policies and procedures.

Examples of Compliance Oversight Committee in a sentence

  • The following sanctions, among others, may be considered: (1) disgorgement of profits; (2) fines; (3) letters of reprimand; (4) suspension or termination of employment; and (5) such other actions as the Regulatory Compliance Oversight Committee shall determine.

  • ADOT will convene an interdisciplinary Compliance Oversight Committee to monitor and oversee DBE compliance and progress towards meeting DBE Goals.

  • Exceptions to this requirement may only be made by the Compliance Oversight Committee of Evergreen Investment Management Company, LLC, which will report any such exception to the Evergreen Funds’ Board of Trustees.

Related to Compliance Oversight Committee

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Independent Committee means a committee of the board of directors of the General Partner made up of directors that are “independent” of Brookfield and its Affiliates, as contemplated by applicable securities Laws;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.
