Compliance Management System definition

Compliance Management System or “CMS” means Company’s compliance management system governing all aspects of the Program, developed by Company and approved by Bank.
Compliance Management System means a voluntary compliance assurance program having at least the following elements:
Compliance Management System means the process by which Company, under the direction of its board of directors and management, (i) learns about its compliance responsibilities with respect to applicable commercial and consumer protection laws and regulations; (ii) assesses applicability and risk for Company as to these compliance requirements; (iii) provides training to Company employees to understand these compliance responsibilities; (iv) reviews Company operations in light of the same; (v) incorporates these requirements into Company’s business processes; and (vi) takes corrective action as necessary.
