Comparable unit definition

Comparable unit means a unit similar in floor plan, size or design to a unit vacated, but does not necessarily mean the same unit.
Comparable unit means, with the exception of deep rent skewed projects, a residential unit which is comparably sized or smaller than the over-income unit and which is located in the same building as the over-income unit. In deep rent skewed projects, any available unit is a comparable unit.
