A Licensee who has fails to seek and receive approval for an Additional Occupant Addendum, or to have all other occupants ages 18 and older to agree to the terms of the License, or to get prior written approval for any invitee of Licensee who has been present at the Living Space for more than seven consecutive nights or fifteen days in a calendar year shall be deemed a substantial and material breach of this License and may result in termination of the License.
