Living Space definition

Living Space means areas in a dwelling unit that are livable space. This does not include closets, crawl spaces, and other storage areas.
Living Space means the climate-controlled area within a Dwelling used for living, sleeping, eating or cooking purposes and excluding such areas as closets, garages, attics, and utility spaces.
Living Space means that part of the building which is enclosed and supported upon the main foundation system of the structure excluding garages and cellars.

  • A Licensee who has fails to seek and receive approval for an Additional Occupant Addendum, or to have all other occupants ages 18 and older to agree to the terms of the License, or to get prior written approval for any invitee of Licensee who has been present at the Living Space for more than seven consecutive nights or fifteen days in a calendar year shall be deemed a substantial and material breach of this License and may result in termination of the License.

More Definitions of Living Space

Living Space means any immovable property that is equipped for a longer stay. The term "living space" (in German: "Wohnraum") was used until and including 1998.
