Available Unit definition

Available Unit means a Unit where the Unit’s construction has been completed in accordance with applicable brand standards and becomes available for occupancy by timeshare owners.
Available Unit means a unit in an available status and within the specified estimated time of arrival for the applicable call (if any) from the incident as stated below and with the appropriate unit capabilities based upon the incident at issue, provided that if the applicable Automatic Aid Addendum between the applicable Parties in the incident at issue provides a broader definition of Available Unit, that broader definition shall apply for that incident. Available Unit means a residential unit that is actually occupied and a residential unit that is unoccupied and has been leased at least once after first becoming available for occupancy.

More Definitions of Available Unit

Available Unit means a Unit (except for any Unit reserved for any resident manager, security personnel or maintenance personnel that is reasonably required for the Development) that has been leased at least once after becoming available for occupancy; provided that (a) a residential unit that is unoccupied on the later of (i) the date the Development is acquired by the Borrower or (ii) the Closing Date is not an “Available Unit” and does not become an “Available Unit” until it has been leased for the first time after such date, and (b) a residential unit that is not available for occupancy due to renovations is not an “Available Unit” and does not become an “Available Unit” until it has been leased for the first time after the renovations are completed.

  • Available Shares means the sum of (i) one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) shares of Common Stock, and (ii) an annual increase on April 1st of each calendar year, beginning in 2022 and ending in 2031 (each a “Date of Determination”), in each case subject to the approval and determination of the Administrator on or prior to the applicable Date of Determination, equal to the lesser of (A) four percent (4%) of the total shares of Common Stock of the Company outstanding on the last day of the immediately preceding fiscal year and (B) such smaller number of shares as determined by the Administrator (the “Share Limit”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, shares added to the Available Shares by the Share Limit are available for issuance as Incentive Stock Options only to the extent that making such shares available for issuance as Incentive Stock Options would not cause any Incentive Stock Option to cease to qualify as such. In the event that the Administrator shall not take action to affirmatively approve an increase in the Share Limit on or prior to the applicable Date of Determination, the Share Limit and Available Shares, shall remain at such level as they were prior to such applicable Date of Determination. For clarity, the Available Shares is a limitation on the number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued pursuant to the Plan.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Partnership Unit means, with respect to any class of Partnership Interest, a fractional, undivided share of such class of Partnership Interest issued pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 4.3 (including Performance Units). The ownership of Partnership Units may be evidenced by a certificate for units substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1 or D-2 hereto or as the General Partner may determine with respect to any class of Partnership Units issued from time to time under Sections 4.1 and 4.3.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class A Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the equity interest in the Company having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class A Units in this Agreement.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Cumulative Common Unit Arrearage means, with respect to any Common Unit, whenever issued, and as of the end of any Quarter, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum resulting from adding together the Common Unit Arrearage as to an Initial Common Unit for each of the Quarters within the Subordination Period ending on or before the last day of such Quarter over (b) the sum of any distributions theretofore made pursuant to Section 6.4(a)(ii) and the second sentence of Section 6.5 with respect to an Initial Common Unit (including any distributions to be made in respect of the last of such Quarters).

  • Available Transfer Capability or “ATC” shall mean a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • Unrecovered Initial Unit Price means at any time, with respect to a Unit, the Initial Unit Price less the sum of all distributions constituting Capital Surplus theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit and any distributions of cash (or the Net Agreed Value of any distributions in kind) in connection with the dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit, adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of such Units.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Existing unit means a unit (including a unit subject to Section 111 of the Act) that commenced commercial operation before November 15, 1990, and that on or after November 15, 1990, served a generator with a nameplate capacity of greater than 25 MWe. Existing unit does not include simple combustion turbines or any unit that on or after November 15, 1990, served only generators with a nameplate capacity of 25 MWe or less. Any existing unit that is modified, reconstructed, or repowered after November 15, 1990, shall continue to be an existing unit.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Book-Based System means a system for the central handling of securities or equivalent book-based entries under which all securities of a class or series deposited within the system are treated as fungible and may be transferred or pledged by bookkeeping entry without physical delivery;

  • Administrative unit Means an administrative unit established under the Public Sector Act 2009 and includes an administrative unit established while this Enterprise Agreement remains in force;
