Common Parking definition

Common Parking means all the parking spaces located in the Parking Area, as shown on the parking plan attached as Exhibit which are shared by the Court and the County on a first-come, first-served basis except for the five reserved spaces dedicated for use by the judge and court staff defined as “Court Parking” below.
Common Parking means parking constructed by the Declarant at its sole cost and expense. The Common Parking shall be available for all Unit Owners and their respective tenants, including their employees, guests, agents and invitees.

Examples of Common Parking in a sentence

  • In an existing area/locality where an owner or two or more owners come together and develop combined or Common Parking Complex, Pedestrian Plaza / Subway, or improve / facilitate additional access by linking with surrounding roads etc for public usage are provided, as part of their premises / land development / improving the urban design aspects, additional bonus built up area / Transferable Development Right (TDR) would be considered by the sanctioning authority.

  • Combination of two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicle parking shall be allowed.5.2.2.1.3 Common Parking Space :If the total parking space as required by these Regulations is provided by a group of property owners for their mutual benefit within a distance of 500 m from their property, such common use of space for parking may be construed as meeting the off- street parking requirements under these Regulations subject to the approval of the concerned area authority.

  • Common Parts The accessways, forecourts, entrance halls, corridors, landings, kitchens, staircases, common rooms, utility rooms, kitchens all other areas within the Halls and the fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment in them which are provided by the Arts University Bournemouth for the common use by the occupiers of the Premises.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
