Common Parking definition

Common Parking means all the parking spaces located in the Parking Area, as shown on the parking plan attached as Exhibit which are shared by the Court and the County on a first-come, first-served basis except for the five reserved spaces dedicated for use by the judge and court staff defined as “Court Parking” below.
