Commercial Operation Certificate definition

Commercial Operation Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 8.2.
Commercial Operation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3, substantially in the form of the certificate attached as Appendix K.

Commercial Operation Certificate shall have the meaning given to that term in SECTION 3.2 (Payments on Commercial Operation Date) of the Collateral Agency Agreement.
