Officer’s Compliance Certificate means a certificate of the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F.

Officer’s Compliance Certificate shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 7.2.

Examples of Officer’s Compliance Certificate in a sentence

At each time financial statements are delivered pursuant to Sections 7.1(a) or (b) and at such other times as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, an Officer’s Compliance Certificate.

Officer’s Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
