Satisfaction Certificate definition

Satisfaction Certificate means the certificate materially in the form of the document contained in Call Off Schedule 5 (Testing) granted by the Customer when the Supplier has Achieved a Milestone or a Test;
Satisfaction Certificate means the certificate materially in the form of the document contained in the Appendix to schedule 4 granted by the Customer when the Supplier has Achieved a Milestone;

Examples of Satisfaction Certificate in a sentence

  • In the event of an inadequate response to the written report from the Supplier, the Customer (acting reasonably) may withhold a Satisfaction Certificate until the issues in the report have been addressed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Customer.
