Allocation Certificate definition

Allocation Certificate means a certificate in a form prescribed by the commission and issued by the Utah Housing Corporation to a housing sponsor that specifies the aggregate amount of the tax credit awarded under this section to a qualified development and includes:
Allocation Certificate means a statement issued by the authority certifying that a qualified development is eligible for a state tax credit and specifying the amount of the credit that the owners of the qualified development may claim.
Allocation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 1.12(b).
