Completion Certificate definition

Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer In-charge (EIC) when the Services have been completed entirely in accordance with Contract.
Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-In- Charge when the work/s has been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.
Completion Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.2; “Construction” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 1.2 (f);

Examples of Completion Certificate in a sentence

  • No later than the expiration of such 30-day period, the LA DOTD will either: (i) issue the 75% Completion Certificate to the Developer or (ii) notify the Developer in writing that the Developer has not achieved a DB Percentage of 75%.

  • No later than the expiration of such 30-day period, the LA DOTD will either: (i) issue the 50% Completion Certificate to the Developer or (ii) notify the Developer in writing that the Developer has not achieved a DB Percentage of 50%.

  • If the LA DOTD provides notice under clause (ii) of this Section 8.08(a), then the Developer will continue to perform the Work until achievement of a DB Percentage of 25% and the parties will follow the process set forth in this Section 8.08(a) until (A) the LA DOTD issues the 25% Completion Certificate or (B) the parties’ disagreement as to whether a DB Percentage of 25% has been achieved is referred to, and resolved according to, the dispute resolution procedures set forth in ARTICLE 21.

  • If a Home Owner takes occupation of his house before a Completion Certificate is issued by the HOA Architect, he shall forfeit his building deposit in favour of the HOA and in addition will be levied a fine of R200.00 per day for every day that the house is occupied without a Completion Certificate.

  • If the LA DOTD provides notice under clause (ii) of this Section 8.08(c), then the Developer will continue to perform the Work until achievement of a DB Percentage of 75% and the parties will follow the process set forth in this Section 8.08(c) until (A) the LA DOTD issues the 75% Completion Certificate or (B) the parties’ disagreement as to whether a DB Percentage of 75% has been achieved is referred to, and resolved according to, the dispute resolution procedures set forth in ARTICLE 21.


More Definitions of Completion Certificate

Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by the Engineer-in-charge when the works have been completed to his satisfaction.
