Occupation Certificate definition

Occupation Certificate means any occupation certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;
Occupation Certificate means an occupation certificate as defined under section 6.4 of the Act, or if the Former Building and Subdivision Provisions apply, section 109C of the Act, and includes an interim Occupation Certificate, a final Occupation Certificate or a partial Occupation Certificate as the case may be;

Occupation Certificate means a final certificate provided, in accordance with any applicable law, that certifies that the works for the Project have been completed and authorises a person to commence occupation or use of any new building or to commence a new use of an existing building, premises or facility listed in the certificate.
