Collocator definition

Collocator is any individual, partnership, association, joint-stock company, trust corporation, or governmental entity or any other entity who is collocated in SBC-13STATE location, for purposes of Interconnection with SBC-13STATE or access to Unbundled Network Elements (UNEs).
Collocator is the CLEC who places telecommunications equipment on AT&T ILLINOIS’ Premises, within designated Collocation areas, for the sole purpose of Interconnecting with AT&T ILLINOIS and/or accessing AT&T ILLINOIS’ 251(c)(3) UNEs for the purpose described in this Attachment. 2.8.1 A “Physical Collocator” is a CLEC that has a Physical Collocation arrangement on AT&T ILLINOIS Premise. 2.8.2 A “Virtual Collocator” is a CLEC that has a Virtual Collocation arrangement on AT&T ILLINOIS Premise.
Collocator means any person that installs wireless communications facilities on an existing tower located on city property. Communications facility means antennas, antenna arrays, antenna facilities, radios, control boxes, cabinets, fiber optic and coaxial cables, conduit, ducts, power sources, ducts, spaces, manholes, vaults, poles, pole lines, fence, repeaters, converters, underground and overhead passageways, and other equipment, structures, plant, other appurtenances or tangible things, or any structure or object of any kind or character not particularly mentioned herein, owned, leased, operated, or licensed by a person located on city property used to provide communications services. Developable property, as referenced in Section 37-2 (g), means property that is suitable to be developed under the adopted code of the City of San Antonio and is free of hazards or physical impediments and without disruption of, or significant impact on, natural resource areas or designated open space areas.

Examples of Collocator in a sentence

  • If possible, notification of any emergency-related activity will be made immediately prior to the start of the activity so that the Collocator may take reasonable actions necessary to protect the Collocator’s Dedicated Space.

  • If the construction interval is extended beyond the agreed upon interval, Collocator will be granted two (2) additional visits per thirty (30) day extension.

  • The Collocator may provide a cage enclosure (which shall not include a top), cable rack and support structure inside the cage, lighting, receptacles, cage grounding, cage sign and door key set.

  • Two or more affiliated Fiber-Based Collocators in a single Wire Center shall collectively be counted as a single Fiber-Based Collocator.

  • The Collocator warrants and represents that the list is complete and accurate, and acknowledges that any incompleteness or inaccuracy would be a violation of the rules and regulations governing this Appendix.

  • These construction intervals for Cageless Collocation in Active Collocation Space in a CEV, Hut, or Cabinet Eligible Structure apply where the Collocator is requesting maximum DC power of fifty (50) amps (2-50 amp feeds).

  • Property placed by the Collocator in the Dedicated Space shall not become a part of the Dedicated Space even if nailed, screwed or otherwise fastened to the Dedicated Space.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.
