Collocator definition

Collocator is any individual, partnership, association, joint-stock company, trust corporation, or governmental entity or any other entity who is collocated in SBC-13 STATE location, for purposes of interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements (UNEs).
Collocator means any person that installs wireless communications facilities on an existing tower located on city property. Communications facility means antennas, antenna arrays, antenna facilities, radios, control boxes, cabinets, fiber optic and coaxial cables, conduit, ducts, power sources, ducts, spaces, manholes, vaults, poles, pole lines, fence, repeaters, converters, underground and overhead passageways, and other equipment, structures, plant, other appurtenances or tangible things, or any structure or object of any kind or character not particularly mentioned herein, owned, leased, operated, or licensed by a person located on city property used to provide communications services. Developable property, as referenced in Section 37-2 (g), means property that is suitable to be developed under the adopted code of the City of San Antonio and is free of hazards or physical impediments and without disruption of, or significant impact on, natural resource areas or designated open space areas.
Collocator is the CLEC who places telecommunications equipment on AT&T ILLINOIS’ Premises, within designated Collocation areas, for the sole purpose of Interconnecting with AT&T ILLINOIS and/or accessing AT&T ILLINOIS’ 251(c)(3) UNEs for the purpose described in this Attachment.

  • Test set availability can only be guaranteed by the Collocator providing test equipment for their exclusive use in maintaining their equipment.

  • When Collocator provides scheduled training, SBC-13STATE is responsible for employee attendance.

  • Collocator warrants and represents that the Virtual Collocation Application contains a complete and accurate list of such Collocator equipment.

  • Collocator acknowledges and understands that SBC-13STATE may provide space in or access to the Eligible Structure to other persons or entities (“Others”), which may include competitors of Collocator's; that such space may be close to the Virtual Collocation space, possibly including space adjacent to the Virtual Collocation space and/or with access to the outside of the virtual collocation space.

  • As an alternative to fully equipped bays, Collocator shall equip the bay(s) with sufficient common equipment and cabling for a minimum of one year’s projected growth.

  • Collocator's SBC-13STATE Approved Vendor must complete installation of Collocator equipment in the Virtual Collocation Space and interconnect to SBC-13STATE network or to its UNEs within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after space turnover.

  • To the extent that test equipment owned by SBC-13STATE is located in the central office with the Collocator's equipment, is compatible with Collocator's equipment and is not currently being used to repair SBC-13STATE owned equipment, SBC-13STATE can use this test equipment for test operations directed by the Collocator.

  • Collocator shall save and hold SBC-13STATE harmless from any and all costs, expenses, and claims associated with any such acts or omission by any Other acting for, through, or as a result of Collocator.

  • If Collocator fails to do so, SBC-13STATE may, upon notice, terminate that Virtual Collocation arrangement, and Collocator shall be liable in an amount equal to the unpaid balance of the charges due under and, further, shall continue to be bound by the provisions of this Appendix, the terms or context of which indicate continued viability or applicability beyond termination.

  • SBC-13STATE may also refuse additional applications for collocation and/or refuse to complete any pending orders for additional space or collocation by Collocator at any time thereafter.

Related to Collocator

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Sublandlord means the holder of sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease. In the event of any assignment or transfer of the Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, which assignment or transfer may occur at any time during the Term in Sublandlord’s sole discretion, Sublandlord shall be and hereby is entirely relieved of all covenants and obligations of Sublandlord hereunder accruing subsequent to the date of the transfer and it shall be deemed and construed, without further agreement between the parties hereto, that any transferee has assumed and shall carry out all covenants and obligations thereafter to be performed by Sublandlord hereunder. Sublandlord may transfer and deliver the then existing Letter of Credit to the transferee of Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, and thereupon Sublandlord shall be discharged from any further liability with respect thereto. In addition. Sublandlord shall comply with all of its obligations as “Tenant” under the Master Lease except to the extent that any such obligation is the obligation of Subtenant pursuant to the terms of this Sublease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, the liability of Subtenant to Sublandlord for any default in Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease shall be limited to actual, direct damages, and under no circumstances shall Sublandlord, its partners, members, shareholders, directors, agents, officers, employees, contractors, sublessees, successors and/or assigns be entitled to recover from Subtenant (or otherwise be indemnified by Subtenant) for lost revenues, lost profit or other consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with this Sublease for any reason, except for any breach by Subtenant under Section 12 of the Master Lease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, no personal liability shall at any time be asserted or enforceable against Subtenant’s shareholders, directors, officers, or partners on account of any of Subtenant’s obligations or actions under this Sublease.

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Tenant means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a Building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • tour operator means an organiser or retailer, other than the carrier, within the meaning of Article 2(2) and (3) of Directive 90/314/EEC;
