Coalition Representative definition

Coalition Representative means the following: The Coalition shall designate one individual as the “Coalition Representative” authorized to speak or act on behalf of the Coalition for all purposes under the Cooperation Agreement. The Coalition Representative may designate one or more assistants to assist the Coalition Representative in speaking or acting on behalf of the Coalition with respect to any specific program or activity or any other matter. The Coalition shall provide LAWA with contact information for the Coalition Representative upon request.

  • Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
