Upon receipt of the Target Schedule update, the Commission Representative will review the Schedule update and narrative for conformance with the Contract Documents and degree of detail.
The Commission Representative will not approve proposed substitutes as equal to items specified which, in the Commission Representative’s opinion, would be inconsistent with the character, quality or design of the Project.
