Appointed Representative definition

Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Appointed Representative means any of the following to the extent so identified in an Appointed Representative Notice:
Appointed Representative means a natural or legal person who performs activities referred to in point 5 that is acting on behalf of and under the full and unconditional responsibility of only one credit intermediary.
