Program or activity. – shall mean any education program or activity required by the College of a Student that is not operated wholly by the College, or any program or activity that the College facilitates, permits, or considers as part of, or equivalent to, an education program or activity operated by the College, including (but not limited to) participation in educational consortia and cooperative employment and Student-teaching assignments. Such Programs and Activities include College-managed study abroad programs or trips and external sponsorships.
