Classified National Security Information definition

Classified National Security Information or "classified information" means information that has been determined pursuant to this order or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form.
Classified National Security Information means Required Information that has been determined to be protected from unauthorized disclosure pursuant to Executive Order No. 12958, as amended, and/or the regulations of the NRC at 10 C.F.R. §95.35; or pursuant to any comparable provision of Canadian federal or provincial law.
Classified National Security Information or "Restricted Data," as defined in 10 C.F.R. Part 73, to any Person to whom such information is not to be made available under Section 5.4(c).

Classified National Security Information as defined in Executive Order (EO) 12958, as amended, means information that has been determined pursuant to EO 12958 or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form.   • Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).
