ABS Informational and Computational Material definition

ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.
ABS Informational and Computational Material means “ABS informational and computational material,” as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and “Regulation AB” shall mean Subpart 229.1100 – Asset Backed Securities (Regulation AB), 17 C.F.R. §§229.1100-229.1125, as such rules may be amended from time to time, and subject to such clarification and interpretation as have been provided by the Commission or by the staff of the Commission, or as may be provided by the Commission or its staff from time to time, in each case as in effect on the date hereof and for which compliance is required as of the date hereof.
ABS Informational and Computational Material as used herein shall have the meanings given such term in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the Exchange Act.

Inxxxxxxated and Kidder Structured Asset Corxxxxxxon xxx xxde applicable to issuers xxx xnderwriters generally by the Commission in response to a request of the Public Securities Association dated May 24, 1994 or (ii) "ABS term sheets" or "collateral term sheets" as those terms are defined in the Commission staff's no-action letter dated February 20, 1995 addressed to the Public Securities Association; and (b) after the date on which the Commission promulgates Regulation AB in final form, "ABS informational and computational material" as that term is defined in 17 C.F.R. Section 229.1101; provided, however, the Derived Information shall not be considered to control ABS Informational and Computational Material.
ABS Informational and Computational Material means "ABS informational and computational material," as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the Securities Act.
