Child Protection Order has the meaning given to protection order in the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic), including permanent care orders. To avoid doubt, the eligibility exclusions in Clause 2.13 of this Schedule 1 (including for prisoners held in a prison, or detained or held in remand, as described in Clause 2.13) apply to individuals seeking to participate in this initiative. The Training Provider must sight and retain evidence of an individual's entitlement to receive a Fee Waiver under the Skills First Youth Access Initiative in accordance with the Guidelines About Fees.
