Administration Order definition

Administration Order means the order of the Court dated 27 September 2020 placing inter alia the Group DOCA Companies into ADGM administration;
Administration Order means the order of Mr Justice Blackburne appointing the Administrators as administrators of the Company dated as at the Administration Date;
Administration Order means an order made under section 64 and includes an order so made which is amended, continued or replaced under any other provision of this Act;
