The “Contractual Settlement Date” with respect to redemptions is the date upon which all of the required Shares must be delivered to the Trust and the Redemption Securities, any cash in lieu amounts and Cash Component less any fees are delivered by the Trust to the AP ordinarily on the first Business Day following the Redemption Order Date (T+1) or as agreed to by the Authorized Purchaser, Sponsor, Distributor and Transfer Agent in advance of when the Redemption Order is placed.
