Subscription Order definition
Subscription Order means a request from an Authorised Participant delivered to the Issuer to issue ETP Securities.

Subscription Order or “Order” means the corresponding ordering document entered into between the parties which specifies the Subscribed Products to be accessed, the scope of access, permitted use, and any special restrictions.
