Bonus Pool definition

Bonus Pool means the pool of funds available for distribution to Participants. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Committee establishes the Bonus Pool for each Performance Period.
Bonus Pool means the total aggregate of cash payments or payment opportunities in any Year that may be allowed under the Plan.
Bonus Pool means a dollar-denominated bonus pool determined in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If the sum of all Bonus Pool Interests is less than one hundred percent (100%) on the Determination Date, no Bonus Pool Interest (including the Participant’s Bonus Pool Interest) shall be increased as a result thereof.

More Definitions of Bonus Pool

Bonus Pool for a Plan Year means the aggregate dollar amount set by the Board or the Compensation Committee for the payment of Bonuses for such Plan Year to Participants as set forth in Section 4.
Bonus Pool means the bonus pool established each year by the Committee from which Participants in the Plan may be paid bonuses. The total amount of the Bonus Pool for a given performance period is determined by taking a percentage of the Company’s pre-tax operating income for the performance period. Such percentage will be determined each year by the Committee and will not exceed 1.5%.
Bonus Pool means, for any Measurement Period, a percentage of the Company’s Consolidated Net After-Tax Profits for such Measurement Period. The guideline for this percentage is 15% but this percentage can be varied by the Committee for any Measurement Period no later than 60 days from the end of the Measurement Period. If, for any Measurement Period, the Company does not have any Consolidated Net After-Tax Profits, the Bonus Pool for such Measurement Period shall be zero.
Bonus Pool means the amount calculated each Plan Year equal to: (i) the Applicable Percentage Amount plus (ii) the amount determined by multiplying the Increase in Pre-Bonus Net Income over the Target Amount by the current Plan Year Pre-Bonus Net Income Factor (based on the Increase in Pre-Bonus Net Income over the Target Amount).
Bonus Pool with respect to each Fund shall mean an amount equal to 40 percent of Incentive Fees paid to the Company Group on each applicable Incentive Fee Payment Date, determined and payable in accordance with Section 5 of the Plan. For purposes of clarity, a new Bonus Pool for a Fund shall be established with respect to each applicable Incentive Fee Payment Date, and amounts payable with respect to any Incentive Fee Payment Date shall not be added to the Bonus Pool established for any subsequent Incentive Fee Payment Date.
Bonus Pool means a pool consisting of a percentage of the Net Profits from a Designated Well, as determined by the Company, paid by the Company to the Plan. Each Bonus Pool will be the basis for determining the Bonus to be paid to each Participant or Participant Group. Each Bonus Pool will carry a name, which will distinguish it from any other Bonus Pool and will include the fiscal year of its designation. Each Bonus Pool will be separate from all other Bonus Pools. Each Bonus Pool shall only contain one Designated Well. Each Bonus Pool will continue until such time as the Compensation Committee, in its sole discretion, determines no further Net Profits will be generated by the Designated Well for that Bonus Pool or until there are no remaining Participants or Participant Groups in that Bonus Pool, or as otherwise determined herein. Any Bonus Pool shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions of any agreement theretofore or thereafter entered into by the Company, which in any way affects monies or common stock of the Company.
