Target Amount definition

Target Amount is defined in Section 4.3(b)(i).
Target Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date minus the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.
Target Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date minus the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

Examples of Target Amount in a sentence

  • Any Excess Spread to the extent necessary to meet a level of overcollateralization equal to the Overcollateralization Target Amount will be the Extra Principal Distribution Amount and will be included as part of the Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Any Principal Distribution Amount remaining on any Distribution Date after the Target Amount is achieved will be applied as part of Monthly Excess Cashflow for such Distribution Date as provided in subsection (d) of this Section.

  • Executive will be notified on an annual basis of any changes in Executive’s Target Amount.

  • On any date of determination where the pool of Receivables does not satisfy all of the Pool Composition Tests, the Administrator may identify Receivables in the pool as Temporarily Excluded Receivables as long as the Overcollateralization Target Amount is reached as of the close of business on such date without taking into account the Temporarily Excluded Receivables, so that the remaining Receivables in the pool will satisfy all of the Pool Composition Tests.


More Definitions of Target Amount

Target Amount in respect of a bonus payable to Employee pursuant to any Bonus Plan shall mean the amount specified in the Company’s records pertaining to such Bonus Plan as the “target amount” of cash bonus which would be payable to Employee if specified conditions were fulfilled.
Target Amount shall have the meaning given such term under Section 2.
Target Amount means $110,000,000; provided, that if the Company enters into any extraordinary transaction, such as a business acquisition or disposition, the Board in the exercise of its business judgment may adjust upward or downward the Target Amount to take into account such extraordinary transaction.
