Rights Offering Procedures definition

Rights Offering Procedures means those certain rights offering procedures with respect to the Rights Offering, which rights offering procedures shall be set forth in the Rights Offering Documents.
Rights Offering Procedures means, collectively, the procedures governing and for the implementation of the Rights Offering in a form acceptable to the Debtors and the Plan Sponsors, consistent with the Plan Support Agreement and the Equity Commitment Documents, and approved by the Bankruptcy Court.
Rights Offering Procedures means the procedures with respect to the Rights Offerings that are approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the BCA Approval Order, which procedures shall be in form and substance substantially as set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as may be modified in a manner that is reasonably acceptable to the Commitment Parties and the Company.
