Bid Submission definition

Bid Submission means a bid submitted in response to the RFT.
Bid Submission or “Proposal Submission” means that portion of the Bid Opportunity by that name which contains forms to be included in the Bid;
Bid Submission means all of the documentation and information submitted by a Proponent in response to this request.

Any bid Submission which attempts to modify, alter or otherwise change the specifications, and/or contract terms, shall be deemed non-conforming and rejected as required by law.
