AUTHORITY PUBLICATIONS. The Authority will periodically update and revise marketing materials. The Supplier shall supply current information for inclusion in such marketing materials when required by the Authority. Such information shall be provided in the form of a completed template, supplied by the Authority together with the instruction for completion and the date for its return. Failure to comply with the provisions of paragraph 36.1 and 36.2 may result in the Supplier's exclusion from such marketing materials.

The Prospectus shall be kept reasonably up to date, and shall be reviewed and updated by the Supplier at regular intervals, at least once every six (6) calendar months, or more frequently if the content and/or details of the Supplier’s Prospectus have changed significantly.
