Insurance and Fingerprint Requirements Information Insurance If applicable and your staff will be on TIPS member premises for delivery, training or installation etc. and/or with an automobile, you must carry automobile insurance as required by law. Publicity and Reports Seller and the Investor shall coordinate all publicity relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and no party shall issue any press release, publicity statement or other public notice relating to this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, without obtaining the prior consent of the other parties, except to the extent that independent legal counsel to Seller or the Investor, as the case may be, shall advise the other parties in writing that a particular action is required by applicable Law (in which event the party taking such action shall cooperate with the other party in connection with any disclosure or publicity resulting from such action).
INFORMATION AND DATA 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.
