Authorised Parties definition

Authorised Parties means Affiliates, contractors, employees, licensees (and prospective licensees), sub-licensees (and prospective sub-licensees) and potential acquirers;
Authorised Parties means the Salary Cap Manager, Rugby Director, CEO, the Solicitors and the Accountants;
Authorised Parties means Customer’s or its authorised Affiliate’s Employees and third-party providers authorised by Customer to access Customer’s Tenants and/or to receive Customer Data: (i) in writing; (ii) through the Service’s security designation; or (iii) by system integration or other data exchange process.

Examples of Authorised Parties in a sentence

  • As between Argus and Customer, Customer owns the electronic data or information which is submitted by Customer or Authorised Parties to the Service, which may include Personal Data (“Customer Data”).

  • Argus hereby grants Customer (for itself and those of Customer’s Affiliates and Authorised Parties for whom Customer enables access to the Service) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use the Service and Documentation, solely for the internal business purposes of Customer and its Affiliates and solely during the Term, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement within the scope of use defined in the relevant Order Form.

  • Customer may enable access to the Service for use only by Authorised Parties solely for the internal business purposes of Customer and its Affiliates in accordance with the Documentation and not for the benefit of any third parties.

  • Customer shall defend Argus, at Customer’s expense, from any Claim against Argus by a third party alleging that: (i) the use of Customer Data, and/or (ii) data or content submitted by Customer, its Affiliates and/or Authorised Parties pursuant to the use of the Service as contemplated under this Agreement, infringes or misappropriates such third party’s Intellectual Property Rights and Customer shall indemnify and hold Argus harmless against any Loss relating to such Claim.

Authorised Parties means any of the Goodlord Agent’s:
Authorised Parties means the PBC, QFCRA, and where applicable, the holding company or head office, branches, subsidiaries, related corporations of either the Clearing Bank or the Participant, or any other authorities having jurisdiction over the parties. “Authorised Party” shall mean any one of them. Related to Authorised Parties

  • Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;

  • authorised entity means an entity that is authorised or recognised by a Member State to provide education, instructional training, adaptive reading or information access to beneficiary persons on a non-profit basis. It also includes a public institution or non-profit organisation that provides the same services to beneficiary persons as one of its primary activities, institutional obligations or as part of its public-interest missions.

  • Authorised Representative means any natural or legal person established within the Union who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf in relation to specified tasks;

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
