authorised bank definition

authorised bank means a bank or a branch of a bank authorised by the Central Government to collect the tax or any other amount payable under this Act;
authorised bank means a bank, other than an authorised dealer, authorised by the Reserve Bank to accept deposits from persons resident outside India ;
