Aggregate Company Option Exercise Price definition

Aggregate Company Option Exercise Price means the aggregate exercise price that would be payable to the Company in respect of all Company Options (whether vested or unvested) if all Company Options were exercised in full immediately prior to the Effective Time (without giving effect to any “net” exercise or similar concept).
Aggregate Company Option Exercise Price means the aggregate exercise price that would be paid to the Company in respect of all Participating Company Options, if all such Participating Company Options were exercised in full immediately prior to the Effective Time (without giving effect to any “net” exercise or similar concept).
