Option Exercise Price definition

Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.

Option Exercise Price means the then-current exercise price of the shares of Common Stock covered by the applicable Option.

Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Stock may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option, as determined by the Committee and set forth in the Option Award Agreement.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Incentive Share Option may be granted with an Option Exercise Price lower than that set forth in the preceding sentence if such Option is granted pursuant to an assumption or substitution for another option in a manner satisfying the provisions of Section 424(a) of the Code.
