Option Exercise Price definition

Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.
Option Exercise Price means the then-current exercise price of the shares of Common Stock covered by the applicable Option.
Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Stock may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option, as determined by the Committee and set forth in the Option Award Agreement.

  • A Ten Percent Shareholder shall not be granted an Incentive Share Option unless the Option Exercise Price is at least 110% of the Fair Market Value of the Class B Ordinary Shares at the Grant Date and the Option is not exercisable after the expiration of five years from the Grant Date.

  • The Option Exercise Price of each Non-qualified Share Option shall be not less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Class B Ordinary Shares subject to the Option on the Grant Date.
