Option Exercise Price definition

Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.
Option Exercise Price means the then-current exercise price of the shares of Common Stock covered by the applicable Option.
Option Exercise Price means the price at which Shares subject to an Option may be purchased, determined in accordance with Section 6.2(b).
