Aggregate Option Exercise Price definition

Aggregate Option Exercise Price means the aggregate exercise price of all Company Stock Options that are outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Aggregate Option Exercise Price means the aggregate exercise price payable by all In-the-Money Option Holders with respect to the In-the-Money Options.
