From and after the Arrangement Effective Time, until surrendered or transferred, as applicable, in accordance with this Section 2.5, each Company Share shall solely represent the right to receive a portion of the Exchange Consideration to which such Company Share is entitled to receive in accordance with the Allocation Schedule.
